What do you like best about IBM WebSphere Automation?

What do you dislike about IBM WebSphere Automation?
The product is still starting with the integration of other products (Instana) so we have to wait to see new features. Adding ISA support utilities would be very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
