I like that the control panel gives me a lot of information to understand how my agents and assistants are being used. I also like the evaluation process for testing my agents’ security measures and the ability to use Watson Assistant inside IBM watsonx Orchestrate. I think the access control could be better. I’d like IAM access to manage least-privilege permissions more clearly, with non-production and production environments separated and teams able to control who can read, delete, or update agents and assistants on the same IBM Cloud instance.
