What do you like best about IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (formerly IBM TRIRIGA)?

It's an integrated platform with various modules for IWMS purpose helpful for a business to manage all thier proccessess like real estate, constrction projects, space management, operations & asset management. It's a self sufficient application which do not require any external suit/app/coding language for customiztion. And it can be integration with any external application. And also it's user friendly and easy to be setup and implemented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (formerly IBM TRIRIGA)?

Due to some performance issues when hosted in external cloud other than IBM cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (formerly IBM TRIRIGA) solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm IBM TRIRIGA Application developer. Since, it's a self sufficent app where we can do the customizations requested by the client within the app itself using TRIRIGA application builder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
