Our shops personnel use EZMax Mobile for job tracking and I can see what their comments are sitting back in the office. You have to know how to navigate it to get the information out of it that you need. But can be learned later on while using the system. **Recommendations to others considering IBM Maximo Application Suite:** Easy to use and highly customizable configurations. **What problems is IBM Maximo Application Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems IBM Maximo is solving are managing equiment, maintenance, inventory, planning, and scheduling all activities. I liked that it solves a lot of problems in short span of time, only pay for what you use. **What do you dislike about IBM Maximo Application Suite?** IBM maximo does have it's small drawbacks in terms of some new kind of learning curve as in any software, it has some confusing UI for a new beginner to technology person. **What problems is IBM Maximo Application Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** The major issues solved involve the time saved and effectiveness of the software. Use multi cloud deployment for greater flexibility.
