They not only know the product perfectly, but they also know exactly how to translate it into the operational reality of our business. They have an advanced understanding of how to efficiently interconnect multiple GRC modules. Overall, the experience has been excellent. If I had to point out an area for improvement, I would like the visual presentation and the look and feel of the final reports to be more modern and intuitive. Although the data accuracy and technical performance are impeccable, a reporting interface with a more updated aesthetic design would make the executive dashboards even more appealing to senior management.
