In-house support staff well versed in your enterprise infrastructure, security, etc. can become invaluable when preparing for installations or upgrades, and working with support staff when it becomes necessary to work through product usage or troubleshoot problems. What problems is IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management solving and how is that benefiting you?
