Not much to dislike. It can be deployed in cloud even tho it is a classic software. It uses Java, that might be the only downside but the software has been proven to work over years huge corporations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The MDM - AE platform is the cornerstone of our rebuilding of our ecosystem. It is sterdy and flexible. we have yet to upgrade and that creates uncertainty because previous IBM upgrades were painfull. out of the box functionalities cover most of our basic requirements. MDM is used primarily for Customer Data Management in our space. Key capabilities like Entity Management, Search capabilities and most importantly Entity matching using Probabilistic Matching are a good value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to see it have better Search capabilities inline with the modern day requirements which some of the open source tech's like Solr provide.
