I like how IBM Bob keeps things simple when planning expected changes and then resolves the issue based on that plan. The tokens consumed by IBM Bob seem reasonable.

The UI isn’t much different from other solutions, and it behaves in a similar way.

IBM Bob makes a lot of assumptions, even though there are still many unknowns, such as the new terms. I tried to discuss the migration, which I believe is new knowledge; however, it assumed the migration was based on old knowledge, which led it to suggest the wrong feature. I’d like IBM Bob to ask more questions before doing too much around the migration topic. Once I added more context, like the documentation on how to migrate, it worked perfectly and as expected.
