We process payments for all our events through IATS Payment System and have never had any issues with payments or downtimes. The payments deposited directly to our account along with the fees for use are withdrawn automatically...all I have to do is enter these into my accounting system. Really like the security features to enable or disable by country. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have not had any issues or downtimes to report. I have had a download of a journal (I do this monthly) appear empty when I know for sure there were transactions for the month. Exiting and logging back in seems to clear the issue. I have had at time problems reconciling payments but the issue was at the users end...entered the wrong type of card (either MC or VISA) on their registration form and the card used was actually the opposite and reported as such in IATS.
