What do you like best about iasset.com?

The tool is easy to understand, offers strong search capabilities, and is fast, which boosts productivity. It’s also quite flexible and configurable, allowing us to self-serve and tailor it to a certain extent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iasset.com?

The license costs are rather high. Some areas (for example, data import) don’t support self-service templates. Overall configurability and tailoring could be improved. I’d also like the option to define rules and model processes myself, rather than having to reach out to the iAsset Dev team for custom implementations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iasset.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use iAsset as our CPQ and contract renewal tool, and it covers our quoting needs well. Since the introduction of event exposure (a custom implementation that provides webhook events whenever specific data changes), we’ve been able to integrate the tool more deeply into our infrastructure and add more process automation, for example by connecting it more effectively with our CRM and ERP systems.
