What do you like best about I-9 Advantage?

It helps you stay organized with I-9 forms and I prefer that it is all done online. I've tracked I-9 forms on paper and it was a mess. It is relatively easy to use and figure out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about I-9 Advantage?

I have had product crash before, but other than that no real complaints on it. I was never trained formally on it, just given a run through of what to do. Partially that is on my former company, but it would be great to have a more involved rep that can be relied on to do a quick and straight forward training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering I-9 Advantage:

Connect with a rep to get training for your team. I'm sure they offer that, although I had never been in contact with a rep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
