What do you like best about Hyperproof?

Hyperproof keeps all our controls, evidence and risk register in one place, so we don’t have to track things in sheets. Mapping one control to multiple frameworks saves a lot of time. During audits, it helps us stay organised, and we can quickly see what is pending and who the owner is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hyperproof?

Most of the evidence collection is manual, and there are not many ready integrations with the tools we use, so the team has to upload and update things again and again. The UI takes some time to learn for new users. It also covers only GRC, so we still needed separate tools for security questionnaires, trust portal and security training. What problems is Hyperproof solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Hyperproof, our compliance work was spread across sheets, drives and emails, and audit prep took a lot of follow-ups. Hyperproof gave us one place to manage controls, collect evidence and maintain our risk register. It helped us see our compliance status quickly and made audits more structured. Later, we moved to Vanta because we wanted more automation and wanted to combine multiple security tools into one platform, but Hyperproof did help us build a good GRC base.
