The setup isn't always straightforward: we have to change the settings for each entity separately and can't manage them centrally across all the entities in our group. There are also some limitations (for example, you can't choose the unit when creating invoices and quotes). I also find the tool lacks flexibility and ease of use when it comes to creating quotes.
