Our billing is genuinely complicated. Hyperline doesn't make it feel that way.
I use it less than the finance side of our team, but every time I go in I can get to what I need without a walkthrough, and that tells you something about how it was designed. The real differentiator though is their approach: competitors hand you a template and expect your pricing to fit it. Hyperline models your pricing as it actually is, then handles invoicing around it. That's the part that decided it for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product didn't cover everything we needed out of the box. Our pricing has some specifics, and a couple of times we hit something Hyperline couldn't do yet. So if you arrive with an unusual model, expect at least one gap.
What saved it was the response. Each time we raised it, they handled it quickly rather than putting it on a roadmap for later. That's not something I can promise stays true as they grow, but it's been our experience so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thank you Aurélien, this one means a lot. "Hyperline models your pricing as it actually is" is exactly what we're trying to build, so reading it in a customer's words is the best kind of confirmation.
You're also right to point at the gaps an unusual pricing model can hit. I'd like to know which ones are still open on your side so we can close them. Write me at quentin@hyperline.co and I'll follow up personally.
