What do you like best about Hypefactors?

Very easy customisation and set-up process. The team was very helpful throughout the set-up process and after. It is very easy to filter relevant clippings and automatically include them in a very professional-looking ready-to-go report. As a small agency, this tool allows us to close the gap in terms of insights versus larger agencies with more resources. It also allows us to monitor and to quantitatively demonstrate our value to the end client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hypefactors?

I would love to be able to change myself the brands that I monitor (in case of casual clients or one-off projects). Instead it is necessary to contact customer services in order to delete/replace brands that I do not want to monitor anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hypefactors solving and how is that benefiting you?
