What do you like best about Hyland OnBase?

The flexibility of our OnBase system. We use OnBase not only to manage our documents and a lot of metadata, but also to create new work processes and re-engineer old ones. It is not just a software to us, but an enterprise platform to drive efficiency and business unit integration. Our ability to react quickly in our new market reality is critical. When governments can impact our clients' businesses with overnight tariff changes we need our workflows to stay current and adapt quickly. That is our definition of value in a solution. What do you dislike about Hyland OnBase?

Although there are many different ways to integrate the OnBase software with our legacy systems, it’s hard to identify a clear path to the approach that’s truly right for our environment. When we need to implement a new integration point in our solution, we often struggle to choose between a more efficient method and a more reliable one, and the trade-offs can be difficult to evaluate. What problems is Hyland OnBase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Like many companies, Axxess has established a number of standard operating procedures (SOPs). The real challenge is consistently enforcing them and maintaining control over the key elements within those processes. OnBase gives us the ability to put control mechanisms in place that align with our business model.
