The capture accuracy of hyland brainware is at a very optimal level. It helps to reduce and almost remove the manual data entry and automate data capture. It can help to capture a lot of data from the documents which would otherwise be skipped if manual data entry was being done.

Capturing is highly dependent on the quality of images and text. It works pretty well for structured documents with good quality but if the text or image is withered or the quality is not very good then accuracy is below average.

Performance is another concern if here is very huge volume of data though performance issue is not always observed.
