My institution implemented two of the Click research support suites in 2008; and will be adding three more over the next two years. Huron offers outstanding customer support during and after the implementation process. Huron's support is at the top of my list; but a close second in the peer institution collaboration. The way their modules integrate and the ability to add them as your budget allows in important as well.
