What do you like best about Huntress Managed SIEM?

We use Huntress Managed SIEM internally and deploy it for our clients alongside both their EDR and ITDR solutions. Collecting logs across the whole stack really helps paint a complete picture of our environments. It allows us to deep dive into the data and see exactly how potential threats develop or developed, so we can act on them quickly. The platform brilliantly filters the noise and only alerts us when it really matters. People often say you can have too much log data, but honestly, there are never too many logs when a SIEM makes it this manageable. We have total confidence in them, and it genuinely helps us sleep at night. We came to them through a great community recommendation and now recommend them to everyone ourselves. What do you dislike about Huntress Managed SIEM?

Because it's one of their newer offerings, it's still maturing a bit. You might occasionally bump into a minor bug or find it's missing a highly specific integration compared to massive enterprise SIEMs. However, their development team is incredibly fast. We see new updates rolling out constantly and changes for the better, so any little issues are sorted out very quickly anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Huntress Managed SIEM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem it solves is making sense of overwhelming amounts of log data across our internal environment and our clients' setups. By running it alongside Huntress EDR and ITDR, it solves the issue of siloed data. It allows us to collect logs centrally, deep dive into them, and see exactly how a threat developed. The biggest benefit is that it filters out the noise and only alerts us when it genuinely matters, turning what could be 'too many logs' into a clear, actionable picture for our team.
