I use Huntress Managed SIEM for FW ingestion and syslog ingestion. I appreciate their 24/7/365 SOC monitoring. We were looking for an alternative and found through a demo and trial that Huntress Managed SIEM was exactly what we were looking for. The features and capabilities offer a better setup than what we experienced before. They integrate better and catch more without the need for a bunch of additional hardware. Their false positive prevention is better, providing more accurate and detailed information, which helps in identifying threats missed by other solutions. Their expertise stands out, delivering accurate information quickly and with lots of details, better than any provider we tested. I also like how they lay out details, recommendations, and evidence very clearly, making it easy for us to see everything. The integration with various FW manufacturers and Windows is seamless and doesn't require additional hardware. They are very responsive and helpful, always providing support when needed.
