What I like best about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training is how easy it is to use and administer. Implementation was straightforward, and it fits well into our existing workflows. The engaging, easy-to-follow content makes it practical for staff to complete training regularly without it feeling like a chore.

The combination of training, phishing simulations and reporting gives us the features we need to manage awareness and track participation without unnecessary complexity. Customer support has also been helpful and responsive when needed. Overall, it makes ongoing security awareness training manageable for the IT team and accessible for users. The training and phishing simulations help reinforce what users should look out for, while reporting makes it easier to track participation and identify where additional support is needed.
