What do you like best about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

I like that the training is easy for users to complete and doesn’t take too much time out of their day. The phishing simulations have also been useful because they highlight where users need more coaching, rather than just checking a compliance box. From an IT perspective, it’s straightforward to see who has completed the training and who still needs to finish, which makes tracking progress and following up much easier. What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

I haven't run into any major issues, but I think the reporting could provide a little more detail, and I'd like to see more options for customizing training campaigns. What problems is Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s helped make security awareness a regular part of our workflow, instead of something we only addressed occasionally. The phishing simulations and training modules have improved user awareness, and the reporting makes it easier to track completion and follow up with users who need additional training. It also gives users a different kind of training than our other platform, Breach Secure Now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
