The main upside is that it’s designed to work seamlessly with our Microsoft Enterprise plan, and it helps keep our staff and customers safe beyond what we get from EDR and Defender alone. It’s also a very affordable extension to EDR products, which is why we’ve adopted it across our internal workflows. From the reseller side, we’re seeing ITDR become a high-demand solution that both prospects and customers are actively asking for. And as a managed IT MSP company, that growing demand is opening up many new opportunities for us. And, as Huntress hosts and manages the platform, every new endpoint and customer being set up allows for the smoothest of implementations with very little configuring. The numerous view features in the dashboard, one click access to customer support, means checking in on our companies footprint and our clients footprint every day, while getting daily and live updates on activity, this makes using Huntress ITDR with EDR and Windows enterprise systems enjoyable. The dashboard is not friendly on older apple iPhone, which may be an issue that fades its self out as hardware in the market gets faded out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
