What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

It’s reassuring to know that someone is watching over all identities. This has proven itself time and again for both our clients and our own team. The support is consistently excellent, and the reporting is also great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

I wish there was a way to export the timeline report so we don't have to manually create our own incident report. If they had a way to export it, that would be even better. I copy paste right now but an export function would be great for all the reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Huntress Managed ITDR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Protecting identities and keeping everyone safe. I love that they immediately revoke the user session and disable the identity. We get text messages and phone calls all at the same time so we can remediate these incidents which would normally cause down time for everyone and spread if they weren't there to stop it.
