What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I like 2 things best. The mobile access to see who is on duty and the ability to manage ALL types of absences for record and analysis purposes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I do not like that the calendar year is not configurable. My company's calendar year is not Jan to Dec. I do not like the inflexibility to customize the dashboard to user specifications Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Humanity Schedule by TCP:

It is easy to setup. It does the work in easy, clear steps and the support is commendable. The support executives have a good understanding of the product which makes the overall experience pleasant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am solving out staff scheduling process. To see who is scheduled to work, who is on right now. Who has been continously absent and when we do not have enough people for the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
