I don’t have a comparison, but the site seems user friendly. It speaks pretty well with other software and third-party companies, and the crossover works very well. It feeds directly into QuickBooks, so we have a nice chain of custody for the money and can track it if questions or auditing come up. I also appreciate the extra transparency and oversight around the donations we handle. Setup seemed straightforward, and adding or changing users was pretty easy. If Humanitru offers additional services or support for nonprofits, I’d like to hear about them in ways other than email, since I get a ton of emails and spam.
