What do you like best about Human Made Machine?

HMM are a great partner to work with, as they genuinely care about their clients and have often gone the extra mile to extract insights, or proactively suggest things that could help improve the working experience. What problems is Human Made Machine solving and how is that benefiting you?

I primarily work with HMM to conduct Creative Testing, which is used to determine how a creative resonates with the target audience before it goes live. HMM is very proactive in validating their results and helping us to meet client requests, such as helping with internal analysis, weighting results, and generally proactively trying to improve their insights so that they are as beneficial as possible to all parties. HMM also has streamlined their Creative Testing process in a few ways that makes the process more smooth and convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
