I love that Human Interest integrates fully with Rippling. The platform is easy to navigate for both admins and users. Compared with other 401k vendors, Human Interest is a great value and more than competitive on pricing. It runs fast, and I’ve never experienced downtime. I have very little critical feedback overall. The main issue I ran into was onboarding former employees who still had a balance. I did manage to send the onboarding emails in bulk, but the process was a bit confusing at first. Former employees were reaching out to me for access to their funds, and it wasn’t obvious that I needed to send them new invites in order for them to log in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
