What do you like best about Humaans?

Humaans is refreshingly uncomplicated, yet still robust and impressive enough to make a real difference to productivity. Older HR systems often feel so overbuilt that it’s hard to know where to begin, but Humaans is genuinely approachable. Getting started is straightforward, especially with support from their excellent onboarding team. Overall, it’s smart and easy to use for both employees and the People team, and it supports us across multiple areas, including workforce management, time away management, automated People processes (onboarding, offboarding) and performance management. What do you dislike about Humaans?

Humaans definitely still has room to grow, in terms of features they offer, how customizable you can be and their integrations. Some features are still a bit inflexible to make it completely perfect for us (like time-away data and payroll reports). But their team is super eager to hear feedback and are already working on making it better every day, so I'm excited to grow alongside them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a growing startup and are in the process of building our People processes, to help us scale. Humaans helps us lay our foundations in the most productive way, instead of dozens of messy Notion pages, we now have all of our People information in one place and can build automated workflows in one place.
