I really like how Hubstaff records everything I'm doing, providing proof and tracking my actions. This continuous recording shows value to whoever needs to see it. I appreciate that it lets me know my earnings per day, which incentivizes me by clearly showing my performance and work value. I love that the dashboard gives a summary of what I'm doing and when, and I can see performance details and manage tasks easily. It's especially great because it tracks my activity like I'm there in person, even when I'm not, which helps create trust between me as an employee and my employer.
