I like how intuitive HubSpot Smart CRM is. It has an easy user interface, and people I add to my team can easily come in and adapt. Each object has the same record layout, which makes it really intuitive to navigate. I also appreciate how transparent it is about where the information is and how security is held. It gives me a single pane of glass for my business, from referrals and leads through the sales process and service fulfillment. I really enjoy using the HubSpot notetaker with deal progression to document my meetings directly in the CRM. Having the recordings natively in HubSpot is invaluable because I know I will have access to the meeting recordings, notes, and details as long as I am a HubSpot customer.
