What problems is HubSpot Smart CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Smart CRM gives our GTM teams one shared record for every account instead of siloed data across tools, saving us from having to build a separate BI stack just for basic reporting. The AI features are useful but where we still build custom HubSpot UI extensions is connecting call/deal intelligence in ways the out of the box CRM doesn't do natively.
