I like how flexible HubSpot Smart CRM is. I can create different custom objects, put things where I want them, and customize pages and views for different objects. I can associate contacts with custom objects, which is important. It keeps things organized and makes things easier for people to use. It’s intuitive and easy to train people on. I sometimes have problems with equations when a value is null. Instead of treating it as zero, it doesn’t generate an equation for the calculations. For anything more advanced in the setup, I need technical help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
