What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

Easy to use and provides powerful CRM tools. The best features are the ability create future tasks as well make calls and send emails directly from the CRM. You can even see when people view, open or click emails. Hubspot support is also pretty topnotch along with their customer success teams! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

I wish there was a mapping feature to allow us to view our clients and leads on a map. We do a lot of sale by territory and it would be a helpful tracking tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering HubSpot Sales Hub:

I think it's a great all-inclusive CRM to use. Highly recommended just make sure it will work correctly with your sales flow and process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
