They have to use Hubspot first. User interface so easy to get used to. 2) I create and manage workflows & email sequences for our company, its so easy to creat so many things by yourself. Hubspot Academy and "Knowledge Base" have great videos and articles to learn things easily. 3) If you get stuck in somewhere, no worries; chat support is very useful, very knowledgeable. Even you ask some tricky solutions in your workflows, they help you somehow, or they tell you this is an idea that has been considered. Or they advise you to submit your new brand idea into Hubspot forms... 4) If you have an emergency issue, just want them to call you back... Sometimes when I need chat support, I find them out of working hours. Nothing to do, not a fault indeed. I just send them email ticket, they turn me back quickly also. We create automatic deals according to the customer's submission forms We update so many infos in their contact pages. We also create SMS notification, emails notification and in-App alerts, not to miss any event or task given. We use bulk edit for contact info via workflow also. Hubspot has great filter options!
