What I like best about HubSpot AEO is how quickly it helps turn an idea into a well-structured, search-focused blog post. As someone who creates content alongside a busy sales role, it saves a significant amount of time compared to starting from a blank page.

The AI-generated recommendations provide a strong foundation, particularly for creating content that answers the types of questions potential customers are asking through search and AI-powered tools. I've found the suggested structure, headings and topic coverage useful for ensuring key points aren't missed.

From a user experience perspective, it's straightforward and intuitive to use within the HubSpot platform, so there is very little learning curve. Having everything integrated into the same system where we manage our website and marketing content also improves workflow and removes the need to jump between multiple tools.

An unexpected benefit has been using it to generate new content ideas and identify angles I may not have considered. While I still review and refine the content to ensure it reflects our expertise and tone of voice, the time savings and improved efficiency provide a clear return on investment. Overall, it's become a valuable tool for creating relevant, search-friendly content more consistently and with less effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area that could be improved is the level of customisation in the AI-generated content. While the recommendations and drafts provide a useful starting point, they can sometimes feel a little generic and still require editing to better reflect our industry expertise, brand voice and specific audience.

I'd also like more transparency around why certain AEO recommendations are made and how they are expected to improve performance. Additional insights into the reasoning behind suggestions would help users make more informed decisions when optimising content.

Finally, while the tool saves time overall, the quality of the output can vary depending on the topic, so human review is still essential before publishing. That said, these are relatively minor issues, and the efficiency gains generally outweigh the extra refinement required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
