What I like best about Hubflo is how it centralizes everything in one place: clients, projects, documents, tasks, follow-ups, and communication.
For a small service-based business like mine, the client portal and workspace system are especially useful. They help me give a much more professional experience to my clients, while keeping my own work organized and easy to follow.
The interface is clean, modern, and intuitive, and I like that I can structure each client project properly instead of having information scattered between emails, messages, and files. It saves time and gives a very professional image. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much I dislike about Hubflo, but some advanced settings can take a little time to understand when you first start using the platform.
Because Hubflo includes many useful features such as client portals, workspaces, projects, documents and automations, the initial setup requires some thinking and organization.
It would be helpful to have even more ready-to-use templates for specific industries, especially for small service businesses. However, once everything is properly set up, the platform becomes very powerful and easy to use on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
