Hubert gives us a lot more flexibility in how we recruit. The process is seamless for both candidates and our internal teams, and it allows us to handle changes in recruitment volume much more easily. There’s nothing major we dislike. If anything, we’d like more flexibility when configuring the question batteries, especially the ability to mix different types of questions.
