What do you like best about HubEngage?

HubEngage has made employee communication much more consistent and easier to manage across different teams and locations. What do you dislike about HubEngage?

The platform has a lot of capabilities, so getting the initial communication structure and employee groups set up properly takes some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HubEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?

With a global organization and employees working across different locations and environments, it was difficult to make sure important company information reached everyone in a consistent way. Some employees could easily miss updates depending on where or how they worked. HubEngage helped solve this by giving us one place to manage and distribute employee communications across the channels our teams actually use. It has made internal communication more organized, improved visibility of important updates, and helped us keep a more connected workforce without relying on multiple disconnected tools.
