It really streamlines the whole process and saves me from having to follow up or chase down missing paperwork. **What do you dislike about Hubdoc?** One issue I’ve run into with Hubdoc is that it logs me out too quickly after only a short period of inactivity, especially when I’m switching between Hubdoc and other programs. **What problems is Hubdoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hubdoc addresses the challenge of collecting, organizing, and processing receipts by letting us upload documents directly into the app. Keeping everything in one place reduces the need to chase down paperwork and lowers the risk of receipts being lost or going missing. It also integrates smoothly with Xero, so documents and related data flow straight into our accounting system. This reduces manual data entry, improves accuracy, and helps us keep our books up to date with far less effort. ### 2. It’s also user-friendly, and I appreciate being able to control access and view levels. The intelligent AI does a good job picking up invoice and bill details. **What do you dislike about Hubdoc?** Too many documents end up in the “Failed” tab, and syncing or archiving them can sometimes take multiple clicks to get through. **What problems is Hubdoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** A great, affordable solution for properly organizing client documents, making sure bills are paid, matching receipts to credit card transactions, and ensuring amounts are posted correctly to the accounting system. ### 3. I would like the option to create rules, like if a document has 'some specific text,' it should be classified as a Receipt and applied to a specific account. This would solve most of my problems. It would also be good to have documents classified based on the date, so all documents from a given month and year are stored in a dedicated folder automatically. **What problems is Hubdoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Hubdoc to auto classify documents, send them to Xero and Google Drive, solving manual document classification, importing, and storage problems. ### 4. The fact that Hubdoc automatically pulls the data from the documents allows us to quickly post into Quickbooks. **What do you dislike about Hubdoc?** It doesn't allow for saving documents into OneDrive **What problems is Hubdoc solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to eliminate A/P paperwork and filing systems.
