I love how Hubble makes it easy to get useful feedback without requiring long surveys. The quick pulse surveys help us spot trends quickly and are less burdensome for employees. I also appreciate the way feedback results are organized, saving me hours from cleaning up responses in Excel. It's great to have all the feedback organized in one place rather than scattered across emails and meetings. The dashboards are handy for seeing response rates and trends in areas like workload and communication. Overall, it saves me a fair amount of manual work, making employee feedback easier to act on. One area that could be improved is the reporting and customization. The standard dashboards are useful for a quick overview, but when I need to build a more specific report for leadership, I sometimes have to spend extra time adjusting the data or exporting it to Excel. I have also found that some of the settings and options are not immediately obvious the first time you use them, so there is a bit of a learning curve. Nothing that prevents us from using Hubble, but having more flexible reporting and more straightforward setup would definitely make the day-to-day experience better.
