The quality of the support team is not good, and not providing the support on time and making too long to support.

What problems is Huawei Firewall solving and how is that benefiting you?

We got more problems before using this firewall. We need to balance the load manually, and that makes us very hard. We were allowing all our employees to use all websites and that is not fair. So these are the reasons to switch to a firewall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
