"All-in-One ASC Workflow That Saves Time"

What do you like best about HST Pathways?

I like having most of our ASC workflow in one system. It's pretty easy to pull up a patient's information, check scheduling and documentation and see where things stands with billing. The interface is straightforward and once you get used to the workflow, it saves a lot of time going back and forth between different screens or systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HST Pathways?

The system can be a bit slow at times, especially when moving between different sections or when dealing with a lot of patient information. Some screens take a few clicks before I get what I need. Not a big deal, but a quicker and more streamlined interface would make the daily workflow easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HST Pathways solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps keep the patient and ASC workflow organized in one place. For example, I can check patient's account, review the procedure information and follow up on billing without having to search through multiple systems.
