What do you like best about HST Pathways?

What I like most about it that it keeps the workflow organized in one place. For Example when a patient scheduled for surgery, I can pull up the case, check the patient information and documentation and follow up workflow without switching to several different systems. What do you dislike about HST Pathways?

The only thing I dislike is that some tasks take a few too many clicks. For example, when I’m working through a bunch of cases, switching between different sections or updating information can feel a little slow. It’s not a huge problem, but it can get annoying when you’re busy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HST Pathways solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem it solves for us is keeping the surgery workflow organized, instead of having everything spread across different systems or spreadsheets. For example, when a patient is scheduled for a procedure, we can use HST to check the case, review the patient information and documentation, and keep track of where everything stands.
