What do you like best about HSI?

I like that HSI consolidates our entire safety program into one place, making everything easier to manage. It's fully customizable, which is a big plus for us. I appreciate that it provides a ton of data on the back end and allows us to create a dashboard based on that data. It's also great that HSI creates our OSHA 300 log, which is really nice. I love how it turns all of our reports and checklists into an easy-to-read dashboard. The initial setup has been great so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HSI?

I wish there were a way to create separate checklists and forms for specific locations to cut down on clutter. It would also be helpful to set permissions by location. The initial price felt a little steep; we were able to negotiate it down, but the salesman didn’t make the process easy. I also don’t see the AI being used much, and it was never really explained when or how we’re supposed to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HSI solving and how is that benefiting you?
