"HRSTOP is good choice for HRMS"

What do you like best about HRstop?

I started using HRStop in my new job where the company has employed HRStop for HRMS. It has all sorts of functionalities required for HR functions. As a manager, I can see my and my team members' records like available leaves, leave history, leave requests, their tenure in the company, and profiles. It has a single source of truth where I can find the entire company hierarchy. Attendance records, expenses, compensation, assets, timesheets, training, engagement activities, appraisals, policies, calendar, etc., are very good features. What do you dislike about HRstop?

The software is a SaaS-based application but sometimes it hangs over the internet. Its mobile application is not user-friendly and needs improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HRstop solving and how is that benefiting you?

HRStop is a panacea for all HR-related functions. It helped me have all information in one place without asking someone for the required information. I am able to plan team tasks effectively by knowing their leaves in advance, and it streamlined daily reporting as a timesheet. I also like its reporting mechanism where I can submit feedback for my staff. It brings a lot of transparency at the organizational and team level.
