What do you like best about HRSoft Compensation Management?

This portal brings compensation, health benefits, and leave balances together in one place. It helps automate a lot of things, so we don’t need to keep asking HR or others for every detail. The year-to-year contribution information is also very detailed and easy to understand. We can export whatever details we need, and we can update nominees and insurance details as well. What do you dislike about HRSoft Compensation Management?

The interface can feel dense at first, especially on pages that show several sections at once. As a result, new users may need some time to find what they’re looking for. It would help if the layout could be better segregated and customized based on the user’s experience level, along with a short guided walkthrough. Before this tool, everything was scattered and handled manually across spreadsheets and emails. Employees basically had to ask HR for the same details again and again, which created extra queries and delays.
