I like how HRSoft Compensation Management streamlines our merit and bonus cycles, allowing us to use a centralized platform for administration of our annual cycles. It's great that managers, HR business partners, and executives who can easily use the software. The scalability of the platform is impressive; it handles our most complex bonus systems and allows us to create differentiated statements that are easy for managers to distribute to employees. It takes us away from manual processing, reducing both the need for spreadsheets and the risk of potential errors from human input. We've brought up some minor user interface items that could be updated, such as being able to tab over and use keyboard functions when searching for employees, but these are minor issues and the user interface has improved with later releases.
