It solves the problem of payroll , time office , workforce management , recruitment & performance very effectively & efficiently.
It helps in providing the accurate data related to punch in & out timing of employees through which we can find the working hours of employees.
Also, the overtime & comp-off data can be easily fetched .
We can also obtain the retention rate of  our company.

**What do you like best about HROne?**

The Home section provides all the essential features, such as marking web attendance, managing the attendance calendar, introducing new joiners, accessing company policies, and much more.
Generating and releasing documents like offer letters, warning letters, and salary increment letters is handled quickly, systematically, and efficiently. 
The system also enables live monitoring and real-time transfer of biometric integration punch data, making it easy to use.
Implementation was smooth and team provide us great support.

**What do you dislike about HROne?**

The system does not support automatic shift assignment, which is a significant limitation. 
When attempting to upload the CTC details template, HCM displays an internet bandwidth error, further hindering the process.

**What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The HR analytics and CXO section is an excellent tool, especially for Head HR, as it allows for easy tracking of employee movements on any given day. 
In the past, we relied more heavily on line managers for this information. From onboarding to an employee's last working day, all details are maintained in a single database, and the full and final (FNF) process can be initiated directly through HROne. 
Sales employees now benefit from the On Duty feature and the ability to mark attendance via mobile, making it simple to record their punches. Additionally, generating bank challan files for salary disbursement has become a straightforward and error-free process.

HROne is helpfull for real time attendance tracking and payrole management. It also help employee to access payslip, apply for leave, update personal information, etc. It reduce HR workload where they can schedule interview and track applicants for smooth hiring. It has user-friendly interface and mobile application is best.

Sometime need to follow up multiple times to get issue resolved by customer support.

**What do you like best about HROne?**

HROne is the best user friendly and easy to use HRMS software so far i used.
It saves our time and efforts and boost our productivety. We are now fully depended on HROne for our day to day operations and its never disappoints  us at all. They have all the features and also intregation available in a single roof. 
From implementation to Support everything runs smoothly so far.

Only one thing i feel which can be imporved is their reports sections, they need to add more reports and most important consolidate reports so that users dont have to download multiple reports and merge them manually.

HROne helps us in our day to day operations in very less efforts and saves our alot of time. From marking attendance to attendance and payroll process its takes hardly few minutues. 
Overall it has all the options and features available which an organisation needs.

On desktop it was good but on mobile, friendly UX is not good

It marks the attendance automatically , so I don't need to mark it manually, as my company uses some API for that. So i don't have to remember to mark it while login and logout

Quick record and attendance access has reduced the manual intervention and keeping records over the registers and preparing excel files used to take a lot of hours earlier. We can process the attendance and payroll within 5 minutes.

Unable to create different workflows for different expense categories. Unable to completely remove employee data.

**What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to process attendance and payroll using this software. No need to maintain any attendance or payroll data as reports get automatically generated and we can also download them anytime according to our requirement. Reports are crystal clear and there is no chance of any conflicts.

It has  reduced the workload of checking files , finding entries as now we can access any reports day wise from the portal. We can access reports from anywhere anytime. Payroll process and report generation has become very easy and quick.

Unable to create format for the email notification of resignation.
Unable to upload videos to the home page unless we have Vimeo url.

Employees are able to mark attendance and record is created automatically. Paperwork has been reduced to zero level as all the activities are performed through the system.

We do not have to collect data individually through employees now, they have their own profile access through which they mark attendance, leave and raise any request to HR or other departments. We just need to download the data through reports section in the form of excel files.

We are unable to edit birthday email notification template that is sent to employees through HROne.

Attendance marking and leave application is done through the application we just have to download the reports and analyze them. Performance is also measured in terms of KRA and KPI according to the roles and responsibility assigned to employees.

In HROne we can easily serch our collegue details in employee directory. Celebration whether it can be birthday, weeding anniversary or wor anniversary. We get all info on the Home page. Employees can easily give badges to anyone in the form of appreciation which is visible on Home page of HROne , this increase the employement engagement activities.

**What do you dislike about HROne?**

After every release we encounter many Bugs which hinders the smooth processes. Process to manage performance module is little bit compicated. Asset and engagement module need mre feature as currently only basic feature are available.

We found HROne as the simplest sofware to bring modernization and efficiency to the organisation. It hepls in managing all day to day tasks. We can easily assign asstes to employees. If any employee is facing any issue they can raise helpdesk ticket to concerned person. Background verification feature is also available. We can easily manage attendance and payroll through HROne.

Quick and smart resolution has made hrone a unique software. Attendance process and data is secure and safe, you  can download and access attendance data directly from hrone no need to maintain any additional data.

Direct uploading of videos is not configured in hrone.
Unable to remove any employee data from HROne.

It has helped the employees to mark daily attendance with few clicks from anywhere and location is also tracked. Data is maintained within the software from which HR can easily anylze the data and find any discrepancy from the employee end. Shift assignment is done automatically which reduces the HR workload.

The only thing which i dislike is whenever they have any patch test or update system gets slow for a while.

Manual data entry is reduced as it is automatically captured from the app, and reports are generated. Attendance data for any employee can be accessed from anywhere at any time. Location is also tracked for tracking purposes while marking attendance.

Unable to add more fields to other employee details beyond 50 as it states limit exceeded. Employee data cannot be removed completely.

It has reduced manual data intervention, and we just have to analyze the reports provided by HRone and make decisions. It saves a lot of time, and employee attendance is fully automated, allowing us to receive data in seconds.

We have also integrate the biometric which is very helpuful to track the employee attendance.

It is easy to get the attendance and ready the monthly salary within less than 1 hour. But sometime it get time to take approval from the approvers and this is our internal issues, becuase they are not active on the daily basis on system. But we also have the option to approve this on-half of. So not to worry.

**What do you dislike about HROne?**

The product is good and time to time they are improving it's functionality as well as it's UI, but they are not open to introduce any new feature or option based on the user requirement, even if we are ready to pay for development chanrges.

Giving the option to close the attendance timely if the approvals are not coming then HR can also approve this on behalf of. And it take less than 1 hour to ready the payroll.
