What do you like best about HROne?

What I value most are HROne’s customizable onboarding checklists and built‑in task reminder alerts. We tailor checklist workflows for junior architects and contract design specialists joining our studio. These templates standardize new‑hire paperwork submission and training tasks, while notifications warn me of upcoming performance reviews and contractor document renewals. For our 11‑50‑person team with no dedicated IT, these features keep hiring cycles consistent and prevent oversight amid heavy architectural project workloads. What do you dislike about HROne?

The biggest downsides are weak native reporting functionality and inconsistent export performance. When building mandatory HR compliance deliverables, HROne cannot generate ready‑to‑use reports aggregating architect license status, contractor paperwork and staff review records. Exported datasets often require extensive spreadsheet cleanup. Without in‑house IT support, I spend hours reformatting data, time I would prefer to dedicate to talent engagement and candidate pipeline work for our design projects. To improve HROne, I recommend enhancing the native reporting capabilities to include customizable compliance templates and seamless export options. What problems is HROne solving and how is that benefiting you?

HROne resolves our former pain point of HR information scattered across spreadsheets and disjointed free tools. Previously, tracking candidate pipelines, onboarding steps and architect license records was disorganized and error‑prone. Now all core employee lifecycle data sits within one unified system. We can better monitor hiring timelines and keep onboarding for new design hires on schedule.
